This position will serve as a technical trainer and program coordinator for corporate training classes including, but not limited to, topics such as Quality, Safety, Leadership, Communications, Lean Manufacturing, and Customer Service. Will increase the college''s engagement with local business and industry by creating innovative, alternative delivery methods to include blended and online learning. Will increase market penetration by engaging clients that have not utilized the college within the last 2 years. Plan, design, develop, coordinate and evaluate BOTH classroom and online training programs and workshops. Serve as instructor, create and/or procure materials needed, and provide support for CEED contract or public offering and in house PTC Faculty/ Staff training programs. Increase the client base and expand services with existing clients. Hire, train, develop, supervise and evaluate Adjunct Instructors for CEED training programs and workshops.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A bachelor''s degree and two (2) years related instructional/training experience. Prefer industrial training experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
