Job Details: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively, listen and understand instructions. Must be able to read and write and understand equipment use.Must be able to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities include: Operating sophisticated Environmental Service equipment on major and minor projects, as well as, performs minor maintenance on some equipment. Insures a high standard of cleanliness in patient rooms, clinical areas, diagnostic areas, corridors, office areas, etc. Provides some training of new employees in all types of floor care and general cleaning procedures, such as cart makeup, patient room cleaning, isolation and non-isolation cleaning, discharge or transfer cleaning, proper baggingof trash and linen, office cleaning, restroom cleaning. Assists in the evaluation and testing of new products.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
