The primary function of the Commercial Coordinator is to ensure a positive customer experience for Vyve Broadband clients by managing installation of services.
Acts as the primary point of contact to the customer during the project implementation, offers solutions supporting the Customer's needs, and actively promotes products and services.
Upon completing an installation project, expresses appreciation to the Customer for their business and verifies that the customer understands how to communicate with Vyve Broadband for future support and/or additional needs.
As a Commercial Coordinator, this member of the team is the point of contact for cross-functional Vyve Broadband groups involved in delivering new Vyve Broadband commercial services.
Participates as part of a dynamic team in developing and implementing plans and activities that drive quality installations and customer experience.
This position reports directly to the Advanced Commercial Support Director.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Manages multiple installations for customers at any given time from basic to complex in nature and likely to include a variety of services Coordinate and/or verify orders and deliveries involved in implementation.
Function as a primary customer liaison during implementations from point of sale through installation and billing Upon installation provides customer with contact information and methods for all Vyve Broadband support teams with any questions that may arise through the installation process Maintains a project schedule for all installs via support systems such as Salesforce, GDLS, and others Coordinates the scheduling of all critical dates to the project with both internal Vyve Broadband resources and external vendors Ensures all service testing is completed in advance of turn up and when necessary that all troubles are resolved Manage own work schedule under general direction from management Uses in-depth knowledge of Company's services and products, handbooks, training guides and product reference files to assist the customer with any questions that may arise through the installation process Assist with maintaining files of customer records Completes miscellaneous duties or projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requires an extensive knowledge of all Vyve Broadband data, voice, and technology services Ability to work well in a team environment to meet profit center goals/quotas Must know standard keyboard and be able to navigate and apply systems Salesforce experience a plus Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Capability to stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and provide follow-through.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Demonstrate the urgency to effectively resolve customer issues and/or close a sale Abide by all Northland policies and standards as described in the employee handbook and by management.
Working Conditions Regularly sits and stands during working hours for prolonged periods.
Regularly work in an office setting with and around co-workers and computer equipment.
QualificationsEducation:
High School degree or equivalent required.
College degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
Office experience preferred.
